Future Makers Consulting was founded by Kristen Barker in 2023, a leader in youth and university leadership development in Australia, with over a decade of experience managing a range of leadership and professional development programs in some of the top universities and NGOs in the world.
We specialise in creating engaging, future-focused programs that foster self-awareness, creativity, effective teamwork, cultural competence and adaptive leadership. Drawing on expertise in facilitation, learning design, online and blended program development and values-driven leadership, we help organisations and teams build cultures of growth, resilience, innovation and impact, and move into the future with purpose.

Fee inclusive of development of desired workshop outcomes, preparation of slides & worksheets if applicable, activity materials, and transport within Vic metro area (1hr from CBD) for up to 100 participants. Larger groups negotiable. Other additions may apply.

Starting from $2k, rates negotiable. Workshops outside of Melbourne metro & travel negotiable.
Work with us to customise a leadership or professional skill development program, or develop a new program from scratch. Services available include program ideation, coordination, workshop delivery, guest speaker liaison, and program evaluation.
